Graham Cracker Muffins

Ingredients

2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup whole milk

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 cup milk chocolate chips

½ cup toasted and chopped pecans

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup Imperial granulated sugar

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare muffin pan with paper liners.

In medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, flour, salt and baking powder.  Stir with whisk.  Add milk, egg and stir until just moistened.  Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.  Fill each muffin well about ¾ full of batter.  Bake 15 – 20 minutes, or until done.  Makes 12.
