Heavenly Brownies

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

2 sticks of butter (1 cup), melted

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup coconut

1 large bag miniature marshmallows

Topping

16 oz bag of powdered sugar

1/3 cocoa

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup), melted

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and melted butter. In a separate bowl beat eggs and add to the sugar mixture. Add flour and stir until well blended. Add the coconut, vanilla and pecans.

Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan. Using spatula spread dough out to edges. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

take out of the oven and immediately top with marshmallows. Put back in the oven until they puff. Remove from the oven and let cool before adding the topping.

Topping

Mix the powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, evaporated milk and melted butter together in a bowl. Beat until smooth and spread over the marshmallows. Cut in squares.
