Mary and Linda
Mary and Linda are sisters who enjoy life and spending time with each other.
They grew up in an era when family came first and hard times made you closer. They have an incredible bond that is not only a joy to watch but it also draws you in and makes you feel part of the family. Their videos share stories of their lives, delicious recipes and their love for people.
Mary and Linda started cooking together when they were 8 and 9 years old in their mothers’ kitchens. Ma, Grandma Hooper and Pinky Ma would always have a beautiful display of cakes and pies for holiday and Christmas meals. Mary and Linda continue this tradition every year at family gatherings.
For Linda’s 70th birthday she started a home cottage bakery where the sisters made many wedding and other specialty cakes together. The summer of 2020 during the Covid pandemic, Mary wanted to start doing cooking videos, thus Pinky Ma’s Sisters in the Kitchen was created. In less than a year they have gained almost a half a million followers and that number continues to grow.
