Supreme Brownies
Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups Imperial sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups self-raising flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup CookieNCream instant pudding
Cream Filling
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 cups Imperial powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecan, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with flour/oil.
Sprinkle pecans and coconut in the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large mixing bowl add melted butter, imperial sugar and vanilla, mix well. Add one egg at a time, beating after each one.
In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, pudding and salt. Then pour flour mixture into the sugar mixture.
Pour the batter into the pan over the pecans and coconut spreading batter to edges.
In a bowl, with an electric mixer cream the cream cheese, melted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Spoon in dollips over the chocolate batter. Take a knife and make swirls through it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven. Test with a cake tester for doneness.
