Lemonade Pies
Ingredients
2 cans sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 small cans frozen lemonade
2 containers cool whip (eight ounces each)
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, add condensed milk, undiluted frozen lemonade and Cool Whip. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into 2 graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
NOTE: Can use bought graham cracker pie crust, or use recipe below.
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Imperial Powdered sugar
1 ½ sticks salted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine graham cracker crumbs & powdered sugar in large mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Add melted butter and stir until all combined. Press firmly in bottom and sides of 9” pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely before adding pie filling.
