1/4  cup butter

1 3/4  cups broth, chicken or beef

4  chicken breast

2  tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2  teaspoons salt

1  teaspoon black pepper

1/2  teaspoon garlic powder

1/2  teaspoon Rosemary

1/2  teaspoon basil

1  packet Lipton Onion mix

1 1/2  tablespoons all-purpose flour

4   Deli sliced provolone cheese

4   Deli sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Using an oven safe skillet add butter and sliced onions. Cook for 15 minutes or until onions are soft but not browned.

Place chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and flatten each chicken bread. Rub each chicken breast with olive oil. Mix all seasonings together and sprinkle over each chicken breast on both sides. If you want more seasonings add it also.

Remove onions and set aside. Add chicken breast to same skillet and cook on each side for at least 5 minutes.

Remove chicken and cover with paper towel. Return the cooked onions to skillet and add the flour. Cook for one minute and then add broth and onion mix. Stir until it thickens about one minute.

Add chicken back in the broth. Top each chicken breast with one provolone cheese slice and one Swiss cheese slice.

Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and spoon broth over chicken.
