Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Ingredients

4  one inch thick pork chops (or Pork Loin cut into slices)

1/4  cup flour

2  tablespoon olive oil

5  tablespoons brown sugar

4  tablespoons butter

1  tablespoon soy sauce

1  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

 

Instructions

In a large skillet add olive oil. Heat your skillet on medium high and add pork chops. Coat each pork chop in flour. Cook for about 4 minutes then turn and cook for another four minutes.

 

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

 

Add to the skillet the butter, brown sugar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. With heat on medium low and return the pork chops to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove lid and turn heat up to medium high heat, turn pork chops to coat the other side with sauce. Cook until the sauce is cooked down and the pork chops are brown. 

 

Remove from the skillet and place on a serving platter.
