Valentine’s Smores
Ingredients
2 sleeves Graham Crackers
36 ounces almond bark (1 ½ package)
1 regular size jar marshmallow fluff or marshmallow cream
1 jar nutella spread (can substitute 1 large Hershey bar, finely chopped, or 1 jar strawberry jam)
Colored sprinkles for decorations
Pink or red candy melts
Piping bottle
Instructions
Melt almond bark in microwave safe dish; microwave 30 -45 seconds at a time; remove and stir; repeat until melted; stir until smooth.
Using a smores silicon mold, put enough melted almond bark in bottom (about 2 Tablespoons). Use a spoon or spatula to make sure it’s spread evenly on bottom and sides. Let set. Place 1 half graham cracker in bottom. Add 1 Tablespoon marshmallow fluff, strawberry jam, Nutella or chopped chocolate. Place another graham cracker on top. Pour melted chocolate bark until graham cracker is covered and mold is full. Let set. Remove from mold.
Melt a few candy melts in microwave safe dish using package instructions, making sure not to get too hot. Pour in piping bottle. Decorate tops of smores using a zigzag pattern and immediately put sprinkles on top. Let set.
