White Cranberry Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

14  oz sweetened condensed milk

1  teaspoon vanilla

1/4  teaspoon salt

1  cup dried cranberries

1  cup toasted pecans, chopped

 

Instructions

Line a 8x8 in a pan with parchment paper. Cut paper large enough you can use it to pull fudge out of the pan. 

Microwave chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 60-90 seconds. Stir every 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir in the vanilla, salt, cranberries and pecans. Immediately pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. 

Cool completely before cutting. It may take up to 4 hours.
