Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

18 ¼ oz pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
½ cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten
¼ cup poppy seed

Instructions

In large bowl, beat together dry cake mix, oil, sour cream, sugar, eggs and poppy seed. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 325 degrees for one hour, or until toothpick inserted tests clean. Turn cake out onto a serving plate. Drizzle Glaze over top.

Glaze

½ cup sugar
¼ cup orange juice
½ tsp almond extract
½ tsp imitation butter flavor
½ tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
