Air Fried Spicy Corn Cobettes

Ingredients

4 ears of corn (fresh, but can use frozen; thaw to cut)

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil

2 Tablespoons butter, melted

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

For fresh corn on cob, using a brush, clean corn by removing all silks; Cut corn in half crosswise (if corn ears are extra big, cut them into thirds.  If using frozen corn on cob, thaw before cutting. Cut each half longways into thirds.  Brush with oil.  In small bowl, mix all seasonings together.  Season corn.  Set air fryer to 400; line basket with parchment liner.  Place cobettes into air fryer basket, making sure  to have one layer deep (do not overcrowd).  Cook for about 15 minutes.  Remove from air fryer, using a corn dog stick, stick into end of cooked corn and brush with melted butter.
