Homemade Pineapple Ice Cream
Ingredients
3 cups frozen Pineapple chunks or 3 (20 oz) cans of Pineapple chunks
12 oz frozen Whipped Topping or make you own out of whipping cream
4 1/2 tablespoon Honey
9 oz Pineapple juice, you can use juice from can pineapple
Instructions
Drain cans of Pineapple chunks and freeze them. Do this the night before you plan to make the ice cream.
In a blender or food processor add frozen pineapple chunks, cool whip, Honey and pineapple juice. I freeze the pineapple juice too ( thaw out slightly before mixing)
If your mixture is too runny add some ice cubes (1/2 cup).Blend again.
You can fill your cup with a spoon or use a piping bag to fill the cup.
