Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients

1 cup Butterscotch morsels

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can Eagle brand condensed milk

 

In a saucepan, melt the chips in the condensed milk. Stirring constantly until it melts. 

 

Add:

1 cup mini marshmallows

2 cups pecan pieces

Stir until combined well.

Pour into a greased foil lined 8x8 pan. Leave foil hanging over the edges, this will be used as handles to remove the fudge to cut into pieces.

Cool overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the pan and cut into squares.
