French Onion Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken, two chicken breast
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg french onion soup mix
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1 1/2 cups french fried onions, divided
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup whole milk
2 cans crescent rolls
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl combine the french onion dip and sour cream. Mix well. Add the chopped chicken, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 cup fried onions and mix well.
Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Top the large end of triangles with chicken mixture. Roll each crescent roll up and place in the baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl mix together the soup and milk with a whisk.
Remove the dish from the oven and pour the soup mixture over the crescent rolls. Top with the other cup of cheddar cheese and french fried onions.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
