Salted Peanut Butter Blonies

Ingredients

2/3  cup butter, softened

2 1/2  cups Imperial Light brown sugar

1  cup creamy peanut butter

3  eggs

2  Teaspoons vanilla

2 3/4  cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2  teaspoons baking powder

1/2  teaspoon salt

6  Oz chocolate chips (3/4 cup)

1/2  cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped 

1/2  teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam with flour. 

In a mixing bowl use an electric mixer to cream the butter and brown sugar until soft and fluffy. Add peanut butter and cream until combined. Add one egg at a time while still mixing and then add vanilla. 

In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients one cup at a time while mixing. Stir in the chocolate chips. 

Spread mixture in the prepared pan and sprinkle the chopped peanuts evenly over the batter. Top with sea salt.  Bake for 25-30 minutes or according to your oven. Middle May be a little soft but don’t bake too long. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
