Grilled Smokehouse Maple Chops (new)

Ingredients

2 pounds center cut bone-in pork chops, about ¾ inch thick, trimmed

3 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons smokehouse maple seasoning

Instructions

Remove pork chops from refrigerator.  Heat grill pan to medium heat. 

Brush pork chops lightly with olive oil.  Rub seasoning evenly on both sides of pork chops.  Grill pork chops for 6 – 8 minutes on each side, or until pork chops reach 145 degrees on meat thermometer.
