Marshmallowcream Buttercream

Ingredients:

4 sticks unsalted butter, room temp

2 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract

1 teaspoon salt

1 (13 ounce) jar marshmallow cream

Instructions:

Using electric mixer (stand mixer works great if you have one), beat butter until light in color and fluffy, about 8 - 10 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar and salt. Mix until well combined. Gently fold in (or beat on lowest speed of mixer) marshmallow cream until combined. Makes about 5 cups.
