7-Up Biscuits

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

2. Cups  Bisquick mix

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup 7-up, room temperature 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 

In an iron skillet melt butter in the oven. 

In a bowl add bisquick, sour cream and 7-up. Stir until combined. 

Pour out onto a flour mat( use bisquick) and pat dough out into a circle. Cut out biscuits and place in iron skillet with butter. 

Bake for 10-15 minutes. 

Brush tops with some melted butter. 

Tip:

Self-rising flour can be used in place of Bisquick mix. Use 2 cups of self-rising flour and 1/2 cup of cold butter.
