Pineapple Soft Serve Ice Cream

Ingredients

2  cups frozen Pineapple Chunks

8  oz whipped cream (can use Cool Whip)

3  tablespoons Honey or Sugar

6  oz Pineapple juice ( can use juice from Pineapple chunks)

Instructions

Using a strong blender or food processor add all ingredients.

Blend until it's whipped well. It may be runny, add 1/4 cup of ice and process again.

Spoon into a cup or put into a piping bag and pipe into an ice cream cone.
